Let’s keeping fit together

Though gyms and sports centers are currently closed, it doesn’t mean we have to stop exercising. The Leisure and Cultural Services Department has launched the “Online Interactive Sports Training Programmes” to introduce several sports programmes that are suitable for all levels. The programmes include fitness exercises, body-mind stretching and parent-child fitness. The online platform offers in-depth interactive experiences between coaches and participants.
