Asia Pacific ESG Talent Incubation Roundtable 2022 (Webinar)

17 May. Co-organized by the Hong Kong Independent Non-Executive Director Association, Friends of the Earth (HK) and European Federation of Financial Analyst Societies, the webinar will cover trends and future developments of ESG investment; as well as the importance of ESG knowledge for corporate directors and senior executives. HKGFA-HKUST Certificate in Sustainable Finance

11, 18 and 25 Jun. The Hong Kong Green Finance Association (HKGFA) and HKUST Business School will run the Certificate in Sustainable Finance programme on 11, 18 and 25 June, which will consist of 6 modules in a face-to-face format and provide an overview of sustainable and green finance in Asia, including the regulatory landscape, sustainable financing products, ESG integration and climate risk management to achieve net zero targets.

As a supporting organization, the Institute’s members can now enjoy a special rate at HK$13,500. The enrolment deadline is 31 May. Participants will also receive a Certificate of Completion from HKGFA and HKUST Business School if they achieve a 70% attendance and assessment pass mark. Don’t miss this chance to learn from industry experts and academia on the Asian sustainable finance landscape.

CGMA programme – Special offer to QP-qualified Institute members

22-24 Jul. The Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA) is offering enrolment in the Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA) programme at a special rate for Institute members who qualified through the Qualification Programme (QP). The course provides training for the CIMA Strategic Case Study Exam and serves as a path to obtain the CGMA designation. The early bird enrolment deadline has been extended to 22 Jun and free information sessions will be held on 12 May and 16 Jun.
