This year's strong line-up of speakers will share their insights on the latest developments in relation to the business and tax landscape in the Mainland, updates on value-added tax and stamp duty policies, as well as challenges and key tax considerations in the Mainland and Hong Kong capital markets. The upcoming sessions of Entities Listing on HKEX Series will focus on reverse takeovers (RTO), recent PRC regulatory developments on overseas listing, as well as privatization in relating to listing on HKEX. The Valuation Series aims to discuss the challenges in the valuation process, supplemented with the introduction of different valuation approach. Different queries from regulators will also be examined to help participants learn how to tackle them. The first session will be held on 18 May. |

CASG SME Questionnaire on Climate and Environmental Risk |
To enhance climate data availability and sustainability reporting in Hong Kong, the Green and Sustainable Finance Cross-Agency Steering Group (CASG) and the CDP developed a Climate and Environmental Risk Questionnaire for Non-listed companies/small and medium-sized enterprises (SME Questionnaire). It aims to facilitate financial institutions’ collection and assessment of company-level data for risk assessment and relevant business decisions.
