The Institute's popular Insolvency Preparatory I course, which aims to build participants’ understanding of the basic principles of insolvency administration, will begin in October over five Saturdays through webinars. Enrol the introductory course by 24 October to acquire preliminary knowledge needed to begin the journey in insolvency and related areas. |

The Institute will jointly organize two live webinars with The Law Society of Hong Kong and The Hong Kong Chartered Governance Institute (HKCGI) in October. In the morning session, the speaker will explore some key areas of the corporate law as regards the protection of minority shareholders especially with private companies. In the afternoon session, highlight of the key findings of his recent empirical research on the limits of independent directorships will be shared. |
