Skills & experiences:

With over 25 years of multidisciplinary professional services experience, Mr Lui is a partner with Deloitte China, where he serves as Hong Kong Growth and Markets Leader, Capital Market Services Group Southern Region Offering Services Leader, and Hong Kong Digital Asset Leader. 

As an audit and assurance partner, Mr Lui has led IPOs for more than 50 companies, while also delivering audit and assurance, internal control, digitalization, and M&A services to listed companies and growth enterprises across various industries. He also oversees Deloitte's digital asset business in Hong Kong, collaborating with regulators and supporting trading platforms, custodians, and asset managers on projects like licensing applications, compliance review, audit and assurance, security token offerings.
