Ms Ho is a practising barrister focusing on commercial, company, and insurance law. In addition to being a member of the Election Committee (Legal Subsector) of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, she also sits on various public committees and boards, including the Competition Commission, the Standing Committee on Company Law Reform, the Board of Review (Inland Revenue Ordinance) and the Disciplinary Committee of the Estate Agents Authority. Furthermore, Ms Ho is an arbitrator on the List of Arbitrators of the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre and an arbitrator on the Panel of Arbitrators of the Shenzhen Court of International Arbitration.
