Mr Chan possesses extensive multi-industry experience in corporate strategy and planning, sales operation management, business development, corporate finance, and change management. He is adept at steering significant operations and crafting strategic initiatives across diverse business landscapes.

Mr Chan most recently served as Chief Operating Officer and Managing Director at Inchcape Greater China, a subsidiary of Inchcape Plc., listed on the London Stock Exchange. He joined Jardine Matheson Group in 2011 as the Corporate Finance Manager in Jardine Cycle & Carriage Limited in Singapore. He later served as Corporate Planning Director in Dairy Farm and General Manager, Strategy & Operations in Zung Fu Group from 2014 to 2019. Mr Chan commenced his career with PricewaterhouseCoopers in Sydney, Australia as a Senior Associate in 2000, he then relocated to Hong Kong and joined KPMG as a manager in 2006. He later joined Ping An of China Asset Management (Hong Kong) Company, serving as Vice President in Global Business Development until 2011.
