The entire contents or database of the On-site e-Resources is protected by the relevant copyright laws as stipulated by the resource provider, and Authorized Users agree to comply with all such relevant copyright laws.

The use of following resources is further governed by the following specific terms and conditions, of which the Authorized Users also agree to abide by the same.

For resources or materials provided by OECD, the following terms apply:-
|

(a) |
Title and ownership of the materials remains with OECD's. Any copies made (as permitted within these terms) should clearly state this, together with the requisite copyright notice (see below);
|
(b) |
Authorized Users can copy, download or print content for their own use, and can include excerpts from OECD publications, databases and multimedia products in their own documents, presentations, blogs, websites and teaching materials, provided that suitable acknowledgment of OECD as source and copyright owner is given. The Title of the materials, © OECD, publication year (if available) and page number or URL (uniform resource locator) as applicable, should be cited. (All requests for public or commercial use and translation rights should be submitted to rights@oecd.org). Subject to these restrictions, a complete single electronic copy of the materials subscribed to may be made, for the purpose of backing up, maintenance of service and archiving;

(c) |
Transmission of the Work to any third party who is not an Authorized User, via Internet, World-Wide Web, E-mail, or any other similar technology, is also expressly forbidden. No commercial usage or redistribution is permitted.

For resources or materials provided by CCH/ Wolters Kluwer, the following terms apply:-

(a) |
Access to the materials includes the retrieving, displaying, searching, downloading, printing and storing of individual articles for scholarly research, educational and personal use. Copying and storing is limited to single copies of a reasonable number of individual articles. Copying and storing of entire issues is not permitted;
|
(b) |
Authorized Users may not modify, adapt, manipulate, transform, translate or create derivative works based on any materials, or otherwise use any materials in a manner that would infringe the copyright therein;
|
(c) |
Authorized Users may not utilize the materials for commercial purposes, including but not limited to the sale of the materials, fee-for-service use (commercially as well as non-commercially) of the materials, or bulk reproduction or distribution of the materials in any form.

The Institute will hold the Authorized User fully liable on an indemnity basis for any loss, damage, liabilities, and costs that it may suffer as a result of any breach of the above terms or any other copyright infringement by the Authorized User.
