Ms. Lee joined Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited (HKEX) in 2013. She works within the Policy and Secretariat Services Unit of the Listing Division, and has been involved in HKEX’s major listing policy initiatives in recent years. |
Ms. Ng is the Head of Sustainable Finance for HSBC Hong Kong Commercial Banking where she is responsible for driving the ESG agenda in the business. She is also a member of the Hong Kong Green Finance Association Green and Sustainable Banking Working Group as well as Hong Kong Association of Banks Green Commercial Banking Committee. Prior to this, she was Head of Commercial Banking in Guernsey for HSBC where, in addition to running the commercial banking business, she led the launch of the Sustainable Finance Proposition for the bank in the Channel Islands and Isle of Man and sat on various government and industry green strategy groups. She has also worked in multiple cities in Asia and Europe managing corporates of various sizes and leading transformation programmes for HSBC in her career. |

Mr. Tang is the Chief Strategic Officer of World Green Organization and he has over 15 years of experience in sustainability and green private equity and venture capital investment in Asia. He also has 20 years of experience in financial sector in London, Shanghai, Hong Kong and Singapore. |
Ms. Chan is the Head of Sustainability of MTR Corporation responsible for formulating sustainability strategies and driving sustainability initiatives for the company. She developed a corporate Climate Change Strategy and leads regular review of climate risks and controls for different business units. Recently, she has formulated a long-term decarbonisationroadmap and carbon reduction targets for MTR, and developed a set of KPIs to gauge and drive the company’s performance in a wide range of sustainability aspects. She has also involved in the development of the Sustainable Finance Framework and issuance of green bonds for MTR. |

She also co-led the Investor Relations at Shaper Impact Capital in Asia, part of the Global Shaper Community (an initiative of the World Economic Forum) which connects capital to sustainability focused tech companies globally. |
Mr. To heads up the Corporate, Commercial and TMT Practice of ELLALAN and is an experienced lawyer with both a technical (electrical engineering) and business background (Kellogg-HKUST Executive MBA). Prof. Tsui received his PhD in Economics from the University of Chicago. He is an Associated Professor in the John E. Walker Department of Economics at Clemson University. His research interests are International Political Economy, Public Economics, and Natural Resource and Environmental Economics. His research on the ”resource curse” investigates the economic and political consequences of oil abundance. His publications appear in American Economic Journal: Macroeconomics, B.E. Journal of Economic Analysis and Policy, Economic Journal, Economic Theory, Economics and Politics, Journal of Financial Intermediation, Journal of Public Economics, and Scandinavian Journal of Economics. He was invited to give a talk in the Petroleum: Prospects & Politics conference held in the University of Chicago. He was also a visiting fellow of the Hong Kong Institute for Monetary Research. Recently, Prof. Tsui has awarded the Lone Mountain Fellowship from the Property and Environmental Research Center for his research on the resource curse, and the Krutilla Fellowship from the Resource for the Future for his research on the economics of climate change, focusing on human adaptation to changes in climate. |
Mr. Li obtained his Bachelor of Business Administration (Accounting & Finance) degree in the University of Hong Kong. He worked in Ernst & Young (EY) after graduation and became a Certified Public Accountant of the Institute. After EY, he joined AlipayHK and experienced how e-payment plays a role in digital disruption, and how accounting professions can go beyond traditional finance and become a business partner in strategic planning and decision making. With his experience in accounting and business operations and his passion in technology development, Mr. Li took up the role as a Senior Product Manager in Klook to enhance user booking experience and boost business revenue performance for the app with a data driven approach. Mr. Li is currently working in DTTD (“Dotted”) as a Senior Product Manager. DTTD is a NFT (Non fungible token) first social wallet app designed to make Web3 easily accessible for everyone to manage their digital asset and identity, and to interact with people around the world. Mr. Li is also a badminton enthusiast who represented the Institute to win various badminton competitions and he is the Deputy Convenor of the Institute’s Badminton Team. |

Mr. Fong has gained over two decades of experience working with multinational teams of financial services and technology executives on value creation and venture building. His extensive experience in traditional finance and DeFi, and multi-discipline background in finance, risk and technology has made him being an effective FinTech leader who regularly shares insights at seminars. | Prof. Ho is the President of The Hang Seng University of Hong Kong (HSUHK). He was a Commonwealth Scholar and is a certified public accountant in the UK, Australia and Canada. Previously, he was Vice Rector (Academic Affairs) of the University of Macau, Dean of the School of Business at the Hong Kong Baptist University, and Director of the School of Accountancy at The Chinese University of Hong Kong. Prof. Ho is currently Editor of the Asian Journal of Business Ethics and Editorial Board Member of the Journal of Business Ethics. In public services, he is Chairman of the Citizens Advisory Committee on Community Relations and Member of the Advisory Committee on Corruption, Hong Kong Independent Commission Against Corruption. He is also Chairman of the Hong Kong Corporate Governance Forum, Chairman of the Training Committee and Member of the Executive Committee of the Scout Association of Hong Kong, Council Member of the China Higher Education Association, Board Member of Monte Jade Science and Technology Association, Board Member of the Hong Kong-ASEAN Economic Cooperation Foundation (HKAECF), and Honorary Advisor to a number of international bodies including the Hong Kong Professionals and Senior Executives Association, the Dashun Foundation and the Our Hong Kong Foundation. In recognition of his global contributions to corporate governance, business ethics and stakeholder model, Prof. Ho was the first Chinese awarded the Faculty Pioneer Award (described as Oscar of the business school world by the Financial Times) by the Aspen Institute, USA in 2008. He was elected as one of the 100 Most Influential People in Business Ethics 2008 by Ethisphere, one of the world's most recognized bodies in business ethics and anti-corruption. In 2013, in recognition of his distinguished contribution to the corporate social responsibility of Chinese family businesses, he was granted the Chinese Family Business Research Pioneer Award by the China Private Enterprise Economic Research Association, China. He was awarded three times the sectional “Best Paper Award” at the American Accounting Association Annual Meeting. He was conferred a honorary doctorate from Gordon College (USA) in 2016. |

Beginning his career as a management consultant at Arthur Andersen Business Consulting in 1995, Mr. Lee was responsible for advising renowned local and international companies in process re-engineering, market studies, financial planning, strategy formulation and execution. After leaving the consulting industry, Mr. Lee has held senior executive positions at leading companies in retail, IT and insurance industries. He is one of the pioneers in launching the superstore shopping concept in Hong Kong and also the founder of Park’N Shop Cyberstore. Mr. Lee was also responsible for strategic planning, business development and marketing for Oracle and AIA in the Asia Pacific Region. Mr. Lee left the Management Supports Department at AIA in 2002 and established Worldwide Consulting Group Company Limited which is a leading executive search firm specializing in the recruitment of talent for mid-to-top level positions for renowned MNCs and listed companies in several major industries, such as banking, finance, insurance, investment, retail/ FMCG, IT, telecommunications, real estate public organizations, etc. Mr. Lee serves on many boards and committees for the Hong Kong SAR Government, universities, academic institutes, NGOs, etc. and is holding position such as Chairman of the Board of Directors of Hong Kong Education City, the 6th Election Committee Member of HKSAR, Council Member of the Education University of Hong Kong, Member of the Social Welfare Advisory Committee of HKSAR, and more. Mr. Lee obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (Hons) degree and Master of Business Administration from The Chinese University of Hong Kong. He completed the Certificate Programme in E-commerce of Hong Kong Management Association, and is an Associate, Customer Service (ACS) by the Life Office Management Association (LOMA). He was awarded Honorary Fellow of the City University of Hong Kong in 2014. |
Ms. Tse is currently an Independent Non-Executive Director of The Wharf (Holdings) Limited (WHL); Link Asset Management Limited (Manager of the Link Real Estate Investment Trust–REIT), both WHL and Link REIT are listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange; DBS Bank (Hong Kong) Limited as well as HSBC Provident Fund Trustee (Hong Kong) Limited- HPFT. She is also the Chairman of the Board of HPFT. Ms. Tse is the former Chief Financial Officer and Director (Finance and Information Technology Services) of the Hong Kong Hospital Authority, a statutory body which manages all of the public hospitals and outpatient clinics in Hong Kong. Ms. Tse is also a member of the Board of Governors of the Prince Philip Dental Hospital, an Honorary Advisor and a member of the Oversight, Policy and Governance Committee and the Sustainability and Climate Action Task Force of the Hong Kong Financial Reporting Council. She is also the Deputy Chair of the Professional Accountants in Business Advisory Group and a member of the Public Policy and Regulation Advisory Group of the International Federation of Accountants. She is an Adjunct Professor of The Jockey Club School of Public Health and Primary Care of the Chinese University of Hong Kong and also serves on the boards and committees of a number of charitable organizations and Non-Government Organizations. |

Mr. Chan, is currently serving as General Manager – Corporate Strategy in MTR Corporation Limited, a company listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (Stock Code: 0066); as well as Managing Director of its subsidiary MTR Lab Company Limited. He possesses extensive multi‐industry experience in corporate strategy and planning, sales operation management, business development, corporate finance and change management. Mr. Chan commenced his career with PricewaterhouseCoopers in Sydney, Australia as a Senior Associate from February 2000 to February 2006, and then relocated to Hong Kong and joined KPMG as a manager from March 2006 to August 2007. He later joined Ping An of China Asset Management (Hong Kong) Company in August 2007, and served as Vice President in Global Business Development until March 2011. He joined Jardine Matheson Group in June 2011 firstly served as a Corporate Finance Manager in Jardine Cycle & Carriage Limited in Singapore, followed by his appointment as the Corporate Planning Director in Dairy Farm Group from January 2012 to March 2014. Mr. Chan was subsequently appointed to Zung Fu Group in April 2014, where he served as General Manager, Strategy & Operations until April 2019. Mr. Chan then served as Chief Operating Officer and Managing Director in Inchcape Greater China, a subsidiary of Inchcape Plc. (Stock Code: INCH), a company listed on the London Stock Exchange until March 2021. Mr. Chan is an independent non‐executive director, chairman of the Remuneration Committee, a member of the Audit Committee and the Nomination Committee of Integrated Waste Solutions Group Holdings Limited (Stock Code: 0923). He was an independent non‐executive director of Luk Hing Entertainment Group Holding Limited (Stock Code: 8052), a company listed on the Growth Enterprise Market of the Stock Exchange. Mr. Chan is a Chartered Financial Analyst of the CFA Institute and a fellow member of both the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand. In addition, he is qualified as a member of the Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst Association and a financial risk manager of the Global Association of Risk Professionals. Ms. Hung is a director of Higuma Consulting Limited. She is an Australian Chartered Accountant and a Certified Public Accountant and Chartered Tax Adviser in Hong Kong. She is a seasoned accountant and specializes in providing tax, accounting and business consultancy. She has worked in Australia, Hong Kong and the U.S over the years. She retired as a tax partner from Grant Thornton Hong Kong in 2002 and established Higuma Consulting Limited. Before that, she was a tax manager at Ernst & Young Hong Kong. Currently, she is also an independent non-executive director of a listed company in Hong Kong. Ms. Hung accumulated a wealth of taxation and business consulting experience. In addition, she has served many tribunals, boards and committees for the Hong Kong SAR Government and accounting bodies since early 2000. Currently, she serves on the Housing Authority – Internal Audit Committee, the Hong Kong Breast Cancer Foundation Audit Committee, Council of the Taxation Institute of Hong Kong and Hong Kong Business Accountants Association, the Hong Kong Chinese Women’s Club Hioe Tjo Yoeng Primary School - School Council, Glenealy School-School Council and Sacred Heart Canossian College Alumnae Association Ex-officio Council member. |
