Insurance Advisory Panel membership
Members of the Insurance Advisory Panel have both practical and direct knowledge of implementing HKFRS/IFRS 17 Insurance Contracts. They are representatives in the finance & actuarial functions of organisations that issue insurance contracts, as well as representative auditors/consultants of the insurance industry.
A panel member is also a member of the IASB's Transition Resource Group

Nominated representatives of the insurance, prudential and securities regulators, as well as Actuarial Society of Hong Kong have standing observer rights. Observers must register to attend the meetings
