1 How do you apply for the CAB?
- CAB award holders must have fulfilled all CAB completion criteria.
- Current HKICPA members are eligible to apply for the CAB.
- Use your MyCPA account to login to the e-certificate service. (Click HERE to recover login ID and password)
- Follow the steps to complete the application (Learn more>>: CAB application guide and CAB fee schedule.)
- Check our email notification (students.reg@hkicpa.org.hk) to ensure successful submission.
- Login to the e-certificate service upon receiving our email notification
- Your CAB certificate (Downloadable PDF file) is now ready. Don’t forget to update your professional profiles.
- Employer and HR professionals can verify the validity of the CAB Certificate under your authorization (Learn more>>: online verification service)
- Check our email notification (no-reply@hkicpa.org.hk) to earn your CAB Digital Badge.
- Share your CAB Digital Badge to networking platforms (e.g. LinkedIn, Facebook, Weibo) and celebrate your success (Learn more>>: CAB digital badge guide)

4 CAB fee schedule

All fee items are subject to annual review. Adjustment (if any) may be made in the fee schedule for next year without prior notice.

These fees are non-refundable, non-deferrable and non-transferable.

During the initial launch of CAB, application fee for current HKICPA members would be waived. (Application deadline: 30 June 2026).

Current HKICPA members and registered QP students are entitled to a discount application fee.
